Annual Giving Clubs
When you make a gift of $100 or more as a member of one of our Annual Giving Clubs, you receive our regular newsletter, other publications and invitations to select events. Your name is also listed for the year of the gift in one of the following categories.

Bronze Circle $100-249
Silver Circle $250-499
Gold Circle $500-999
Platinum Circle $1,000-$2,499
Diamond Circle $2,500-$4,999

Lifetime Giving Societies
Lifetime Giving Societies honor individuals and organizations with cumulative gifts of $5,000 or more over the lifetime of the donor. Lifetime Giving Society donors are listed prominently and permanently on the Cape Fear Valley Wall of Honor, according to the categories below. These outstanding donors receive special communications and find themselves in the company of other community leaders and caring citizens.

Legacy Society Members
All donors who include Cape Fear Valley Health System in their estate plans are recognized through our Legacy Society. Your name is listed on the Wall of Honor and you will be counted among the Foundation’s closest friends. Through our Legacy Society you are honored today for helping secure the future of our healing mission.

Business Heritage Club Members
All businesses that give $1,000 or more annually are recognized as Heritage Club Members. These generous donors receive newsletters, special updates, and invitations to our events. They are also included in special listings, including on the Wall of Honor, for recognition as caring community citizens.
