SR-AHEC is accredited by the North Carolina Medical Society to provide CME for physicians and designates jointly sponsored programs for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM.

Hospital physicians serve as medical directors for regularly scheduled series and CME programs that are based on identified educational needs and practice gaps as well as data provided by the Performance Improvement and Risk Management departments.
